Overview
Chateau Pironne requested a digital experience that reflects the character of the estate while drastically simplifying the internal quotation process. We started with a strategic analysis of their operations: an event location with many variables, diverse formulas, and a highly customized character. This called for a system that remains clear for visitors and workable for the team.
We first built a functional prototype to test the entire flow: from entering parameters to automatically calculating and compiling a quote. We then developed a custom application in Next.js and React, linked to our own API that grows flexibly with the organization. The result is a quotation tool that allows the Pironne team to respond faster, perform less manual work, and manage price combinations consistently.
The digital layer aligns with the identity of the domain: a historic castle that today runs on precision, hospitality, and seamless service. By structuring and automating their internal processes, the time that used to be spent on administration is now spent on what makes Chateau Pironne unique: the refinement and care that is evident during every visit.
Quote tool for event venue
Chateau Pironne is a restored 19th-century castle in Nieuwkerken-Waas, located on a 3.5-hectare estate. It combines historical grandeur with contemporary facilities and was completely renovated in 2020, including a modern orangery.
The estate serves as an event venue for weddings, private parties, and corporate events such as team building, product launches, and staff parties. It also houses Maison Pironne, where gastronomy and fine wines take center stage in a castle setting.
Pironne offers a total experience: location, catering, beverage packages, decoration, technology, and organization are all integrated. The history of the castle, including its use as the headquarters of Brigade Piron during World War II, forms the cultural backdrop to its contemporary use as a venue for parties, dinners, and business meetings.
